    Up For Sale Is (1) 1912 Old Town 17’ H.W. (Heavy Water) Model CS (Common Sense) Grade Wood And Canvas Canoe In Excellent Condition. Serial # 21363 With A Copy Of The Original Build Sheet.This Canoe Has Had The Same Owner For The Past 40 Years. This Canoe Has Been Kept Or Stored Indoors And Has Been Well Maintained And Cared For And Has Been Adult Owned. It Was Re-Canvased 12 Years Ago. The Canvas Is Perfect ,As Well As All The Ribs,Wood Right Down To The Caning In The Seats. The Color Is Old Town Green, It’s Original Color Was Red As Stated On The Original Build Sheet, The Color Could Be Changed Back To Original Very Easily. It Was Originally Sold To Or Through Hanscom Brothers Hardware In Haverhill,MA in May of 1912,Included Are 3 Vintage Pictures Oh Hanscom Brothers Hardware And A Copy Of The Original Old Town Canoe Advertisement For The H.W. Series In 1912. The Serial Number Is Stamped In The Stem And The Length. If Your Looking For One Of The Nicest Vintage Old Town Canoes Around You’ve Found It.
