    This inventory is New / Old inventory. These units have been in our warehouse for about 5 years.We have this inventory due to ordering the incorrect voltage. There is some cosmetic damage due to moving the units from one warehouse to another. We have not had any problems with units we have sold.
    All units will be run tested and checked for refrigerant before shipping or pick-up. Allow 1-2days for testing. The units will be tested for supply fan, condenser fan,compressor operation and run in both cooling and heating to ensure that the reversing valve is operating properly.
